PRESENTATION DECK FOR RSM PLAZA
This custom presentation was designed at CBRE for a retail leasing services pitch at a shopping center called RSM Plaza. The center wanted to attract a mix of younger, hip retail tenants along with some high-end tenants, so it was up to me to create a style that targeted both audiences.
The design style I developed was bold and playful, yet mature and sophisticated. The biggest challenge was figuring out how to make a large amount of content appear friendly, digestible, and visually appealing.
